1. Where do your products come from?
Our products come from far and near — gathered from makers, artists, and workshops across the globe that share our fondness for quality, character, and the occasional delightful surprise. In short, we source with taste, not haste.

2. Do you have a physical store?
Not yet — though we do dream of a brick-and-mortar shop where one might browse at leisure and discuss tableware over cupcakes. For now, our marketplace lives happily online, open at all hours and entirely free of queues!

3. How do I place an order?
Browse, click, and checkout — it’s that easy. You'll receive an email with the details.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards and other secure options shown at checkout are most welcome here. We regret to inform that we do not yet accept payment in compliments, scones, or family heirlooms.

5. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are determined by the value of your order (before tax) as shown below

$1.00 – $100.00 ……… $8.95 shipping fee

$100.01 – $200.00 ……… $13.95 shipping fee

$200.01 and above ……… $18.95 shipping fee

Most orders within Ontario and across Canada arrive within 5–10 business days.

6. Do you ship outside of Canada?
For now, we happily deliver our treasures across Canada. If your heart (and postcode) lies elsewhere, drop us a line at hello@themarketatrosebury.com — we’ll see if we can make a delivery adventure out of it.

7. Can I return or exchange an item?
Indeed you may! We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Gift cards, art prints and sale items, alas, are considered entirely final — even the most persuasive letters of appeal will not change this. Customers cover the cost of return shipping.

8. Do you offer gift cards?
We certainly do! Give the gift of choice — our gift cards let your lucky recipient pick exactly what they fancy, fuss-free and full of delight.
