Shipping policy

At The Market at Rosebury we offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $8.95 for orders below $100. We offer free shipping on orders over $99.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking details where available.

Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost – please contact us for expedited shipping costs.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders within Ontario and Canada arrive within 3–7 business days. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen carrier delays.

Peak Christmas Season Shipping  

To guarantee Christmas delivery within Canada, please place your order by December 13th due to higher carrier volumes and increased delivery times. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.

Local & International Shipping
Currently, we ship across Canada. We hope to expand to additional regions in the future. If you would like to request international shipping, please contact us directly at hello@themarketatrosebury.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Duties & Taxes
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Any applicable taxes will be applied at checkout. For orders shipped outside of Canada (if available), customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Issues
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
